The full development in uterus takes 9 months + 7 days = 267 day. The head turns down in 32 - 34 weeks (for 1st delivery) & 36 - 38 weeks (for 2nd delivery)

One month
Your baby is an embryo
consisting of two layers of cells from which all her organs and body
parts will develop.The size is about 1/4 inch. Heart begins to beat in 3
weeks.
Two months
Your baby is now about the size of a kidney bean (1&1/2 inch) and is constantly moving. He has distinct, slightly webbed fingers, eyes & ears. Skeleton Formation takes place.
12 weeks - Sense of Smell
13 - 15 weeks - Sense of Taste
18 - 20 weeks - Sense of Touch & Movement
22 - 24 weeks - Sense of Hearing
28 weeks - Sense of Vision
32 weeks - Sense of Thinking, Memory, Decision Making, Ideas
